A Sign of Affection, Choking on Love, and My Love Story with Yamada-kun all have college-aged characters. I just finished reading a short series called You Can't Live All on Your Own! which has all young adult/working aged characters, not super romance focused but has some. Nana of course. I've also just started Hitting Rewind with You which has young adults who bond over dressing up in high school uniforms 😂 Not sure what demo they are but I've also read It Takes Two Tomorrow, Too; Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You; Sweet for Sweets and Foreigners; Sweat and Soap; and Home Office Roman

Sweat and Soap is one of my favs, I wish I knew of more like it too. It's great because it also didn't the same as what feels like hundreds of stereotypical shojou adult romance that get kinda boring imo. S&S had great pacing. *Apple children of Aeon* is only 20 chapters and kinda also folklore/mystery focused, but it has an unexpectedly sweet romance between two young adults. *Blooming Love* is only 58 chapters and they are teens when they meet, but the romance is very sweet and we see them graduate and grow a bit.
