Boy meets Maria and Go for it Hanako-kun! are both very good. The second one has a second volume, but I didn't like it as much as the first. If you want more serious stuff, My broken Mariko and My Capricorn Friend are also exquisite

Seconding Fire Punch and Inside Mari, Boy Meets Maria, Heavenly Delusion are dark and have some gender exploration stuff going on Until I Love Myself is another autobiographical manga similar to My Lesbian Experience with Loneliness about a nonbinary person Might also like Make the Exorcist Fall in Love for just a very dark manga, has some queer characters but no trans ones There's also a decent one-shot called To Strip the Flesh about a trans man. Also heard of a manga called Garden in The Closet that has a trans guy lead but I haven't checked it out yet so don't know how good it is.

Maybe try Lockdown Life with the Class Beauty or A Kiss with Cat, they sorta fit the popular girl x unpopular guy trope. Maybe try Studio Cabana if you liked Nana and Given, they’re all centered around a band for the most part. If you liked I Want to Eat your Pancreas then you may like The Summer You were There. Based off the fact you liked Chainsaw Man and Cyberpunk Edgerunners, I’ll assume you like sad stuff lol, so I recommend A Home Far Away. Some of my favorite manga I recommend in general though are Horeta Hareta Panda, Firefly Wedding, Fall in Love-You False Angels, Futarjime Romantic
