I guess "Watch Out for Watarase" could be what you're looking for? The ML is notorious for sleeping around, and he's a comedian, so I don't think his fans particularly care about his dating life (but they aren't dating yet in the story so idk how much that'll change / if he'll want to keep it a secret once they actually date). Overall I think having to keep it a secret/being unable to date is the appeal of the famous x not famous trope, so it'll be hard to find something that doesn't have it. But since you've been liking Choking on Love, I recommend checking out "Kimi wo Wasureru Koi ga Shi
