We have very similar taste and I also have a hard time with reading. The manga that got me started loving manga was called Doughnuts Under a Crescent Moon, and it was largely because I relate to one of the identities of the characters, but it was also just a sweet story in general. It’s only 4 volumes so it doesn’t feel overwhelming and it’s thoughtful, romantic, and has humorous moments. If you choose to read it I hope you enjoy!
