Gantz

r/mangarecommendations · Late 50’s yrs old men turn into a beautiful girl (Gender Bender manga by GANTZ author, Hiroya Oku)

I've only read gantz by Hiroya Oku, and the women in that one is horrible written. Story well written overall but all the women are simple and boring. So maybe guys turning into girls is better, then he doesn't actually have to write a female character with a female personality, he only needs to draw them.

r/mangarecommendations · Desperately need a new horror / sci-fi / tragedy manga to read!

Have you tried Terraformars? It's the closest I can think of to Gantz
