**Dokuhime** immediately comes to mind for me. Very dark and gothic, I love it! Recently read **Boss Wife** to sooth my yearning for more Yakuza Fiancé lol. It was a great read, I do recommend it! The relationship between the MCs sort of reminds me of Hapi Mari if Hokuto and Chiwa were less toxic and more communicative 😂 I'm a huge sucker for *any* of Ohmi Tomu's manga. My favourite is **Mitsuyokon**, but **Vampire Secretary** is her most famous work and probably leans the most Dark Romance.
