Slam Dunk

r/mangarecommendations · What are the best FINISHED manga of all time?

There’s plenty of manga that people would consider to be the best that are finished  Vinland Saga, The Climber, Innocent, Monster, 20th Century Boys, Billy Bat, Paradise Kiss, Land of the lustrous, Rookies, Slam Dunk, multiple Jojo parts, Tokyo Ghoul, Beck, Full metal alchemist etc

r/manga · People are way too generous with the "romcom" label when recommending manga

Totally agree. Imo the problem is that the comedy tag is thrown around too loosely in general. Considering how deeply rooted comedy is in Japanese culture, most manga will have some sort of comedic elements. At the time of writing, if you search AniList for the "Comedy" genre, the results in order are: 1. Chainsaw Man 2. ONE PIECE 3. My Hero Academia 4. One-Punch Man 5. SPY x FAMILY 6. Horimiya 7. Kaguya-sama: Love Is War 8. Dandadan 9. Hunter x Hunter 10. Black Clover 11. Komi Can't Communicate 12. Haikyu!! 13. My Dress-Up Darling 14. SAKAMOTO DAYS 15. Dr. STONE 16. Dorohedoro 17. Fullmetal

r/mangarecommendations · What's your favourite sports anime or manga or Manhwa?

They’re similar in that they’re very good, Inoue wrote them, the sport is used as a means of character exploration, and they’re both basketball-related, but I wouldn’t say Real is “about” wheelchair basketball like I would say Slam Dunk is “about” basketball.
